2012 Siskiyou Film Festival--Sustainability: Community, Ecology, Economy

A production of the Klamath-Siskiyou WIldlands Center, the Siskiyou Film Festival is in its 11th year! Featuring a wide range of films exploring issues of sustainability and critical issues facing Oregon and the planet, this is an excellent opportunity to connect with other Southern Oregon residents and organizations that care about these issues. A pass for the whole festival is just $10.

This year's Main Event, on Friday evening from 6-9:30, will feature Carbon Nation, a film about climate change solutions; Finding Oregon, a beautiful timelapse short film of Oregon; Portland Bikeways, a film about Portland's renowned bicycle system; The Story of Bottled Water; and Run Rogue Run.

There are also several related Preview events throughout Southern Oregon in the weeks before the main Festival, in Ashland, Williams, Cave Junction, Medford and Grants Pass.
