When voters approved Measure 37 in 2004, they thought they were voting for fairness for individual property owners in Oregon’s land use planning process. But Oregonians have become increasingly alarmed at the potential damage Measure 37 will have on our valuable farm and forest lands, neighborhoods and our quality of life.

“And Fairness for None” tells the story of Measure 37’s impacts on those most at risk: Oregonians whose livelihood is threatened by the prospect of inappropriate Measure 37 development nearby.
